What was the project? In this essay, we had to write 5 paragraphs about something we're empathetic towards, something we're sympathetic towards, and something we're apathetic towards. After that, we had to say why we might think we're like that towards those things and compare the things to each other.
Why this project? I chose this essay because it was really easy and pretty fun for me to do. I think about my emotions a lot, so I had most of the things I needed right up in front in my brain, and since I think about that so often, I was able to just write without having to do much thinking. I got it done really quickly (so quickly that when I went back into the living room 20 minutes later, my mom wasn't sure I finished), which was another thing that made it so easy for me.
21st Century Skills Used: I didn't use any of the fancy skills I used in my other projects since this one was very much just looking at yourself and analyzing things, so I'd say the only two I used are communication skills by writing the paper to be read, and self-directional skills by getting the work done and turning it in on time.
Growth Demonstrated: I showed that I was able to think about how I feel and analyze why that might be and what I can do to work on the things I'm apathetic towards.
Areas of Possible Growth: I'd like to improve my writing skills even more, which will almost definitely happen next year in the college course. I could've written some more complex and compound sentences, but what I had was really good.
